Mauro Edit (“the App”) is developed by Oughtibridge Ltd. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data we collect

The App uses OpenTelemetry to collect technical data about app performance and errors. This data may include:

• Device type and operating system
• App version
• Performance metrics and diagnostic information

No personal data is collected by Oughtibridge Ltd through telemetry.

The reason we collect telemetry data

Telemetry data is collected solely for performance monitoring and troubleshooting. It is not used for analytics or advertising.

Data processing and storage

• Telemetry data is processed using Microsoft Azure services located in the UK.
• Data is retained for up to 6 months, after which it is securely deleted.

Third-party services

If you choose to connect to a Mauro Data Mapper endpoint, you may submit data, including personal data, to that endpoint.

Important: Oughtibridge Ltd is not the data controller for any data submitted to Mauro Data Mapper. Please refer to the privacy policy of the respective Mauro Data Mapper service.

Consent

Currently, the App does not request explicit consent for telemetry data collection. By using the App, you agree to this data collection for the purposes described above.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR or other laws, including:
